About the role:

Are you a caring, motivated individual passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? Whether you have experience as a teaching assistant, support worker or sports coach, this is your opportunity to inspire and support students across all stages.

We are seeking dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistants to join our team, offering tailored support to students with a variety of needs. We have opportunities to support Primary school aged children, ranging from 3-11. This role involves working closely with students who have diverse needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges.

This position focuses on providing individualised support, enabling students to thrive academically, socially and emotionally. It is a term-time role with consistent hours, ideal for those looking to make a meaningful impact in education.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide dedicated one-to-one support tailored to individual students’ needs
  • Assist in planning and delivering lessons, as well as preparing resources
  • Support students’ social and emotional development, helping them stay motivated and engaged
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment across all key stages
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists and other professionals to ensure student progress
