Fujitsu in Bracknell is seeking a 1st Line Technical Support Agent to be the first point of contact for customer-related support activities. You will provide timely, accurate solutions and coordinate with engineers to resolve faults.

You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative team with exposure to network and infrastructure support, maintaining a right-first-time attitude and strong customer focus in a global SD-WAN service environment.

Qualificações

• Attention to detail with right first-time attitude.
• Motivated self-starter with focus on processes.
• Experience working in a customer facing environment.
• Understanding of ITIL processes would be beneficial.
• Basic networking knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for customer support activities.
• Engage with customers clearly and concisely and update them promptly.
• Own technical issues through to resolution and liaise with on-site engineers.
• Triage incidents to support prompt resolution and communicate with end customers.
• Grow technically within a mixed network and infrastructure support environment.
