As a 1st Line IT Support Technician, you will act as the first point of contact for all client inquiries, providing exceptional technical support and troubleshooting IT issues efficiently. All work involves Windows cloud-based systems, so an understanding of Office365 is essential.

You'll benefit from working within a small, friendly team, including a lot of one-to-one training to ensure you have everything you need.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supporting customers around the South of England UK, troubleshooting issues, and monitoring systems.
2. Providing 1st line support via phone and remote access, with occasional visits to client sites.
3. Working with cloud-based systems.
4. Administering and troubleshooting Microsoft Office, Windows 10, and 11.
5. Developing a deeper understanding of the technology involved.

Skills & Experience

1. Experience in an IT Support role, meeting targets and SLAs.
2. Good knowledge of desktop technologies for Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft Office / Office365.
3. SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams administration and troubleshooting.
4. A team player who enjoys working within a supportive business environment.
5. Maintenance and troubleshooting of printers.
6. Good written and verbal communication skills.
7. Ability to diagnose faults, find solutions, and maintain strong customer relationships.
8. Following procedures and documentation.
9. User administration of Microsoft Server / Office365.
10. Basic understanding of networking protocols and devices (particularly Draytek, Zyxel).
11. A clean driving license and vehicle for occasional client site visits.
