Job summary

Asset Resourcing Limited is seeking a 1st Line IT Support Analyst to join their Gloucester HQ on a permanent basis. The role offers hybrid working (3 days in Gloucester) and a salary of £28,000.

You will provide hands-on support across Azure, Windows Server, Intune and the M365 suite, supporting colleagues both in office and in the field. You will troubleshoot laptops, mobiles, networks and servers, and work within ITIL practices within a small, dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Experience with MS Azure and Azure AD.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Intune and M365.
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
• Basic SQL knowledge and networking.
• Experience with Android 15 devices.
• Familiarity with HTML & CSS (PHP desirable).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on 1st line IT support for laptops, mobile devices, and office equipment.
• Troubleshoot Windows Servers, networks and Microsoft technologies.
• Translate issues into technical submissions for development teams and third party providers.
• Work in a small team with on-call, out-of-hours and weekend rota.
