Job summary

Catering is seeking a 1st Line Engineer for a full-time, permanent position based in West Malling, Kent. You will provide first-line IT support to clients and users, resolving issues quickly while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of IT experience, basic networking knowledge, and familiarity with Windows Server, Office 365 and Active Directory.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year commercial experience in an IT role.
• Experience providing support to a range of users at all levels.
• Happy acting as the first point of contact for clients, both over the phone and via email.
• Basic networking understanding.
• Exposure to Windows Server and Office365.
• Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Resolving technical issues for clients

• Work within agreed SLAs and timescales
• Support with technical issues such as password resets, user setups, software installations and VPN connectivity

Our client, a leading business in the Technology sector is seeking a 1st Line Engineer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to exciting growth our client is looking to add a 1st Line Engineer to the team. You will have a minimum of 1 years experience in a full-time IT role, and will be confident providing a high-level of support to clients and users in a fast-paced environment.

Due to the location of the office candidates well be required to have access to their own transport.
