Job summary

LA International in London is seeking an Infrastructure Support Engineer on a six-month contract to join our Service Team of 1st and 2nd line engineers. The role focuses on providing Service Desk support to a high-profile user community, via incident logging applications, from a Central London base.

Candidates must hold or have held high level security clearance; appointment requires security clearance which can take several weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience in 1st/2nd line service desk support.
• Knowledge of Windows Server technologies.
• Security clearance: Active DV preferred; clearance required before appointment.

Your role

We are looking for a Infra support engineer to provide Service Desk Support, joining our Service Team of 1st and 2nd Line engineers. Your role will involve assisting high profile user community, with daily contact with customers and stake holders, via incident logging applications.
