Pinson TM Limited is recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives across the UK. Roles involve setting up temporary traffic signals, managing traffic flow, and reading CAD drawings. You will work with direct labour and sub-contract teams to meet targets and deadlines.

A UK driving licence and Lantra TM qualifications are essential. We welcome candidates with experience in M1/M2 operations and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications are required.
• Must pass Drugs & Alcohol Check.
• Must have Right to Work in UK.
• Full UK Driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Set up temporary traffic lights at required roads.
• Manage traffic flow at temporary signals and ensure public compliance.
• Read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintain and remove traffic management within required time scales.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Report plant and vehicle defects to the site team.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking both operatives and drivers with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.

All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:

• M1 / M2 Operative
  

Scope of Role:

Qualified M1/M2 Operatives will be working with both the direct labour and sub-contract labour, meeting targets and deadlines on time.

Duties may include:

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required
• Managing the traffic flow at the temp traffic lights ensuring the public abide by this
• Reporting anything necessary to site or operations manager
• Reliable and dependable with a good attitude to work
• Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintaining and remove traffic management within the required time scales.
• Setting up traffic lights.
• Assisting with the diversion of traffic.
• To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
• To help with the unloading/loading of materials.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements and
  Risk Assessments.
• Reporting plant & vehicle defects.
