Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives in the Tonbridge area. The role involves driving an IPV, setting up and maintaining traffic management sites, and delivering site briefs to ensure NHSS compliance.

You will work with the crew to meet high quality standards, read CAD drawings, and follow RAMS while maintaining safety across operations. A Lantra qualification and a full UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved traffic management qualifications required.
• Ability to pass Drugs & Alcohol check.
• Right to work in the UK essential.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Drive an IPV.
• Set up, maintain and remove traffic management sites in NHSS compliance.
• Deliver site daily briefings.
• Follow the 'Raising The Bar' procedures.
• Report near misses to TSCO or Operations Managers.
• Work with crew to meet high quality work plans.
• Read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Ensure safe and effective operations and compliance with RAMS.
• Unload/load traffic management equipment safely.
• Complete risk assessments and daily vehicle checks.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking Operatives with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.

• 12AB Traffic Management Foreman with IPV

Duties may include:

• Driving an IPV.
• Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.
• Deliver site daily briefings.
• Have a competent understating and implementation of 'Raising The Bar' document.
• Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site TSCO or Operation Managers.
• Work alongside your crew to ensure your teammates meet and maintain high quality work plans.
• Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
• Safely managing the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment required.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements.
• Complete Risk Assessments.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report plant & vehicle defects.
