Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to support major traffic management contracts across the UK. You’ll work on sites under supervision or leading teams, driving an IPV, setting up and removing sites in line with NHSS standards, and delivering daily site briefings.

Candidates should have Lantra approved Traffic Management qualifications, be able to read CAD drawings, and comply with RAMS and safety rules.

• Able to pass Drugs & Alcohol check
• Right to Work in UK

Responsibilities

• Drive an IPV on site
• Set up, maintain and remove Traffic Management sites (NHSS)
• Deliver daily site briefings to crew

• Ensure safe working practices and RAMS compliance
• Complete risk assessments and vehicle checks
• Report near misses to TSCO or Operations Managers
• Maintain high quality work plans with your crew

What we are looking for:

We are seeking Operatives with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.

All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:

• 12AB Traffic Management Foreman with IPV

Duties may include:

• Driving an IPV.
• Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.
• Deliver site daily briefings.
• Have a competent understating and implementation of ‘Raising The Bar’ document.
• Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site TSCO or Operation Managers.
• Work alongside your crew to ensure your teammates meet and maintain high quality work plans.
• Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
• Safely managing the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment required.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements.
• Complete Risk Assessments.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report plant & vehicle defects.

• Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points)
