Base pay range

Location: Leeds, LS10 2RJ
Hours: 48 hours per week, night shift. Overtime available.
Salary: Up to £180.81 per shift, depending on skills and experience, with benefits and overtime.
Welcome Bonus: £500 in your first pay.

Your Role as a 12ab Traffic Management Foreman

As a key team member, you will:

• Assist and advise managers for smooth scheme execution.
• Oversee and coordinate crew safety and project objectives.
• Undertake traffic counts, communicate with clients and subcontractors, and monitor near misses.
• Guide new trainees.

What are we looking for?

Essential

• Qualifications: 12b LTMO qualification.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Chapter 8 regulations.
• Driving Licence: Full licence with no more than 6 points; bans must have expired 5+ years ago.
• Testing: Pass drug and alcohol tests.
• Attitude: Positive, 'can-do' mindset.
• Skills: Adaptability, flexibility, and meticulous attention to detail.

Desirable

• 12a Foreman qualification.
• IPV qualification & HGV licence.
