Job summary

Nestlé is offering a 12-month Engineering Placement Scheme in the UK, focused on Electrical, Automation or Digitalisation. You’ll join factory teams in maintenance and project engineering, gaining hands-on experience across state-of-the-art technology and processes.

Salary is £26,000 per annum with excellent benefits. The placement runs five days a week in UK factory locations, with supportive mentorship and clear routes into the wider engineering function.

Qualifications

• Penultimate-year student in Electrical Engineering, Digitalisation Engineering or Manufacturing Technology.
• Must be mobile across the UK and eligible to work in the UK.
• Interest in maintenance, project engineering and digitalisation projects.

Responsibilities

• Gain experience across maintenance and project engineering in Nestlé factories.
• Engage with digitalisation projects and factory teams.
• Contribute to improving output, energy, water, and compliance metrics.
