Ainscough Crane Hire in Maidstone, Kent, is seeking an experienced CPCS Blue Card Mobile Crane Operator to operate a 100t crane safely and professionally on high-profile lifting projects across the UK.

You will be responsible for pre-use checks, set-up, rigging with outriggers, following lift plans, coordinating with site teams, and maintaining safety standards in every operation. Ainscough offers career-long development, comprehensive benefits and a supportive national team.

Qualifications

• CPCS Blue Card with Mobile Crane Operator authorisation.
• Proven experience operating large mobile cranes.
• Full UK driving licence and HGV Class C licence.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 100t mobile crane safely and efficiently.
• Carry out thorough pre-use checks and rig-up, including outriggers.
• Set up crane per lift plan and check rated capacity systems.
• Coordinate with Site Managers and lifting team on site.
• Maintain safety standards and stop work if conditions are unsafe.
• Complete documentation and ensure crane is well cared for.
