Job summary

Randstad Student Support is recruiting for Specialist-one-to-one Study Skills Support Workers to assist autistic students at the University of Creative Arts. You will design learning plans and provide guidance to help students become independent learners.

Responsibilities include building independence, enhancing learning strategies, and improving organisation and time management. Flex hours and PAYE contract are available, with ongoing CPD opportunities.

Qualifications

• NAS training modules completion is required or training is provided by Randstad.
• Training costs approximately £180; certification on NAS training improves professional profile.

Responsibilities

• Provide learning support and academic guidance to autistic students.
• Create individual learning plans tailored to each student.
• Help students become independent learners with structured strategies.
• Support development of organisation and time-management skills.
