Job summary

Randstad Student Support is recruiting for Specialist-one-to-one Study Skills Support Worker to work with autistic students at the University of Bristol. You will provide learning support and create an individual learning plan tailored to each student to foster independent learning.

Candidates must hold an undergraduate degree and one of the teaching qualifications (QTS, PGCE, QTLS) and have completed extensive autism training.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be qualified to undergraduate degree level (level 6) and have any one of the teaching qualifications (QTS, PGCE, QTLS) AND have taken extensive training in adult autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide learning support and academic guidance; create an individual learning plan tailored to the student.
• Support students to build on strengths and learning strategies; develop organisation and time-management approaches.
• Maintain confidentiality and act professionally, sharing relevant information with Randstad to support students.
