Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in a community-based setting. You’ll create safe, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences beyond traditional classrooms, building trust and tailoring interventions.

The role requires at least two years’ relevant experience, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to commit to three days per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with ASD and ADHD.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored intervention sessions.
• Build positive and consistent relationships with young people.
• Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns.
• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams.
