Job summary

Nudge Education Limited in the United Kingdom is recruiting compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings beyond traditional classrooms. You will build trusting relationships, monitor progress, report safeguarding concerns, and complete risk assessments while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with ASD and ADHD.
• Experience with Personal Care.
• Experience with OCD.
• Experience of trauma-informed practice and supporting young people with ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences).
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
