Job summary

Cherry Willingham Primary Academy is seeking two 1:1 Teaching Assistants to join our friendly and successful team in Lincoln. The posts are part-time contracts that support individual pupils, ensuring personalised help and continuity of learning for vulnerable students.

The successful candidates will be highly motivated, creative, with excellent communication and inter-personal skills, committed to maximising pupil progress, inclusive education, and the holistic approach of our school.

  • Attend and participate in staff development and safeguarding processes
