iNNOVATE Multi Academy Trust is seeking a dedicated SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant for Weedon Bec Primary School. The role involves supporting a named child 1:1, delivering engaging learning activities, and contributing to a positive classroom environment.

Working hours are 8:40am to 3:20pm, Monday to Friday for 39 weeks per year, with a salary managed on NJC points. Closing date is 20 September 2026 at midnight.

We are looking for a colleague to join our cheerful and enthusiastic team who:

The role will support a named child, working hours are 8:40am to 3:20pm (including a 30 minute unpaid lunchbreak) Monday to Friday for 39 weeks per year.

Salary will be paid depending on experience on National Joint Council Point 3 £18,357 to £18,645.

Closing date for applications is 20 September 2026 at midnight. Shortlisting will take place w/c 21 September 2026 and interviews will be week commencing 28 September 2026. Start date as soon as possible following successful interview and necessary checks.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) and health check, social media check and provide two satisfactory references, one of which must be the most recent employer. Our recruitment procedures are in line with safer recruitment.
