Qualifications

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant, especially 1:1 TA.
• Passion for teaching and learning.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Initiative and the ability to build constructive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with a child delivering learning interventions.
• Support for small groups and aid to the teacher.
• Maintain class records; promote pupils’ good behaviour and independent learning strategies.
• Create and maintain a purposeful, orderly and supportive environment.
• Provide targeted support to enhance learning and improve attainment.
