• Experience as a Teaching Assistant or 1-1 support worker
• Experience supporting students with SEMH, ADHD and Autism
• Confident in working with students with additional needs

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated 1-1 support to a student during the school day
• Support students with SEMH, ADHD and Autism
• Help students access and engage with learning
• Build positive relationships with students and staff
• Support with classroom routines and behaviour management
• Follow individual support plans and school policies
• Maintain safeguarding and professional standards
