Job summary

Cover-People is recruiting for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant in a welcoming primary school in Salford. The role is full-time and long-term, starting in September, to support a pupil with additional needs throughout the day.

You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO, building a trusting relationship to help the pupil access learning, stay engaged, and develop confidence and independence.

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant or related roles.
• Commitment to SEN needs and supporting pupil development.
• Patient, encouraging approach and passion for helping children.
