Job summary

Kent Teaching Solutions Ltd. is seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in a Medway school. You will provide tailored learning support, assist with activities and help foster an inclusive classroom environment.

Strong interpersonal skills, reliability and a willingness to learn are essential. Experience with SEND is desirable but not required, with opportunities for ongoing professional development and long‑term roles across Kent and Medway.

• Able to build positive relationships and communicate effectively.
• Reliable, proactive and willing to learn.
• Experienced in SEND support (desirable but not essential).
• Open to training and development — no degree required.
