Job summary

Hatherop Castle School in Cirencester seeks a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in KS2/KS3. The role involves close collaboration with teachers, the SENCo and pastoral staff to help the pupil access learning and grow in confidence.

The position is term-time only, offering 20–24 hours per week at £13.25–£14 per hour. Start date November 2026, with a fixed term contract until July 27, 2027, and potential extension within the Wishford Education Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting pupils with additional learning needs, including neurodiversity, would be advantageous.
• Term-time only position.
• Salary is £13.25–£14 per hour, 20–24 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support for a pupil in KS2/KS3.
