Job summary

Active Assistance is recruiting a dedicated Support Worker to care for a 17-year-old client with complex health needs in Llanrug, Wales. You will work 1:1 with the client both at home and in the community, providing compassionate support and maintaining a consistent care routine.

Role requires a driver with a car due to rural location; full specialist training is provided, and shifts include day and waking night options.

Qualifications

• Support one client (17-year-old) with complex health needs, on a 1:1 basis.
• Full specialist training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care to the client at home and in the community.
• Follow care plans and rotas.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision.
