Homecare Direct Limited in Wansford is seeking a compassionate Support Worker, Personal Assistant (PA) or Health Care Assistant (HCA) to provide 1:1 in-home care. You will assist with daily routines, personal care, mobility and health tasks while promoting independence and wellbeing in a trusted home setting.

The role emphasizes a patient, reliable and person-centred approach, with emphasis on building trust and consistent support for a client with complex needs and varied interests in a home

Formación

• Patient, reliable and person-centred approach to support
• Good communication skills and a calm, reassuring manner
• Eligibility to work in the UK; HomeCare Direct does not offer sponsorship or visas
• Experience in care, learning disabilities and ASD is desirable
