Job summary

Dimensions in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for a part-time role in Luton. You will provide 1:1 support, including some 2:1 hours, for a gentleman in his own bungalow, with shifts 7:30am–10pm on a rolling rota and occasional sleep-ins.

Qualifications

• Be a confident driver with a manual vehicle (essential).
• Ability to work independently and lone working.

• Excellent communication and reliability; flexible to shifts including weekends and sleep-ins.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living including personal care, meals and keeping the home tidy.
• Assist with medication administration and staying connected with family.
• Provide a calm, positive presence and encourage independence while offering appropriate support.
