The ideal candidate will have an NVQ3 in a relevant subject and prior experience in special education. Qualifications

• Proven experience working in a special college or specialist school.
• Experience in implementing therapy plans and working with Specialist Teachers.
• Demonstrated success in supporting young adults in education.

Responsibilities

• Support a student with Visual and Hearing Impairments.
• Assist in helping students become more independent within the community.
• Participate in training relevant to the role.
