Quantum Scholars is seeking a patient SEND/SEMH Tutor to provide bespoke one-to-one support in Ruislip. This in-person role focuses on creating a calm, supportive learning environment tailored to each student's needs, helping them progress academically, grow confidence and re-engage with education.
You will adapt approaches to individual learning, build strong relationships with carers and schools, and monitor progress with regular feedback while maintaining safeguarding standards.
SEND/SEMH Tutor - Ruislip

Working Arrangement: In-person
Quantum Scholars are looking for a patient, supportive and experienced SEND/SEMH Tutor to provide personalised one-to-one support to a young person in Ruislip. This is an in-person tutoring role and is not online work.
The successful tutor will have experience supporting children and young people with SEND and/or SEMH needs and will be confident adapting their approach to meet individual learning, emotional and behavioural needs.
The role will focus on creating a calm, positive and supportive learning environment where the student feels comfortable and confident to engage. The tutor will build a strong professional relationship with the young person while supporting their academic progress, confidence, independence and re-engagement with education.
