Job summary

Targeted Provision Ltd. is recruiting experienced SEND tutors for Lincolnshire. You will provide one-to-one tuition in English, Maths or Science to children and young people aged 5–18, referred by Local Authorities and schools.

Sessions are typically 1–2 hours, often at home, with some in-school or community settings and hybrid options. The role offers flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time), home planning and reporting, and CPD access focused on SEMH.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEMH, ADHD, ASC, MLD, SLD or other SEND needs.
• Ability to deliver 1:1 tuition to children and young people aged 5–18.
• Enhanced DBS and two professional references provided.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one tuition in English, Maths or Science to children aged 5 to 18.
• Sessions typically 1–2 hours, in-person; home or school, with hybrid options.
• Write per-session reports using templates and SEND Support Specialist.
• Maintain safeguarding and supportive approach for learners.
