Job summary

Confidential in Durham is seeking a dedicated Young Person Support Worker to provide 1:1 support for children and young people with SEND in the Durham area.

You will help develop confidence, independence and life skills while collaborating with families, schools and professionals. A full UK driving licence may be advantageous for some placements.

This role emphasizes safeguarding, accurate record-keeping, and person-centred care in home and community settings.
