Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support for a Reception-aged pupil with SEND.
• Help the pupil engage with classroom activities and routines.
• Support emotional regulation, communication and social development.
• Build a positive and trusting relationship with the child.
• Work alongside teaching staff to implement personalised support strategies.
