Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support for a Reception-aged pupil with SEND.
• Assist the pupil with classroom activities and daily routines.
• Support emotional regulation, communication and social development.
• Build a positive, trusting relationship with the child.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to implement personalised support strategies.
