Job summary

Locking Primary School in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 and small-group SEND support. You will work with pupils across year groups, delivering TEACHH-based learning and wellbeing strategies.

Experience with autistic children or social communication needs is welcomed. Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent is advantageous, though not essential. This fixed-term term-time role offers supportive development and inclusive practice.

Qualifications

• Provide 1:1 and small-group SEND support.
• Deliver speech and language/therapy programmes for pupils.
• Experience with children with complex additional needs; Level 3 EYFS desirable.

Responsibilities
