Ideal candidates will have experience with children with Special Educational Needs, demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills, and hold a current DBS check. The position offers specialized training and a supportive atmosphere for professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) or in a similar support role.
• Ability to work effectively with teachers and families.
• Current DBS check registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support tailored to the pupil’s needs.
• Build a positive relationship to help the pupil develop confidence.
