Job summary

TLTP Group is seeking a caring SEN Teaching Assistant for a Croydon-based mainstream primary school from October 2026. This long-term, full-time role involves 1:1 support with a pupil needing additional help and close collaboration with the school team.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEN on a 1:1 basis is desirable.
• Nurturing, patient and supportive approach to working with children with additional needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to a pupil within a mainstream primary school.
• Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO and wider school team to tailor support.
• Help the pupil access the curriculum and engage in school life.
• Encourage confidence, independence and development throughout the day.
