Job summary

TLTP Education is seeking a caring Teaching Assistant to join a mainstream primary school in Croydon, South London, starting October 2026. This is a long-term, full-time role for the full academic year, offering ongoing support to pupils across the class and in small groups.

You will work closely with the class teacher to deliver learning activities, provide extra help where needed, and help create a positive learning environment. Previous school or educational settings experience is desirable.
