Academics is seeking a compassionate 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join a Worcester primary school. The role is full-time, term-time only, supporting a pupil with additional learning needs in a mainstream class. • 1:1 SEN teaching experience in a primary setting.
• Experience supporting children with autism (ASD) is highly desirable.
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.

Responsabilités

• Provide dedicated academic, social, and emotional support to a pupil with SEN.
• Adapt activities and learning materials under the direction of the class teacher and SENCO.
• Support the pupil's behaviour and emotional regulation within a mainstream classroom.
