Job summary

Educo Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs in school settings.

We welcome candidates with classroom experience and SEN exposure, as well as graduates passionate about helping children with additional needs. Ideal candidates will have experience in classrooms or SEN settings, especially with autism, ADHD, SEMH, or learning difficulties, and possess strong communication and patience.

Qualifications

• Candidates with classroom or SEN experience are preferred.
• Recent graduates with a genuine interest in SEN are welcome.
• Strong communication and behaviour-management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support to pupils with SEN.
• Assist pupils to engage with lessons and participate in activities.
