Hays Education are partnering with a welcoming primary school in Walsall to appoint a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant for a Year 4 child with Autism and Global Developmental Delay.
You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to help the child access learning, develop independence and progress against targets within the EHCP in a supportive school environment.

We are looking to appoint an experienced and dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a child in Year 4 with Autism and Global Developmental Delay.
The child is currently working at an EYFS/Key Stage 1 level and has an EHCP in place. This is a rewarding opportunity for a compassionate and patient Teaching Assistant who has experience supporting children with additional needs on a one-to-one basis.Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO, you will play a key role in helping the child access learning, develop independence and make progress against their individual targets.
