Rikama Education is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join an outstanding Primary school located in Gillingham.

Immediate start, initially until the end of the academic year, with the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.

Responsibilities of the role:

1. Provide one-on-one and small group support.
2. Support students from Nursery/KS1/KS2.
3. Assist the teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
4. Support children with special educational needs and diverse learning styles.
5. Help prepare classroom resources and maintain classroom organisation.
6. Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• An enhanced DBS.
• Previous experience working with primary-aged children is desirable but not essential.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive approach to learning.
