Protocol Education Limited in Battersea is looking for a caring 1:1 Support Worker to join a welcoming primary school. You will provide dedicated one-to-one support to a pupil, helping them access learning and participate in class activities.

Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO, you will implement tailored support throughout the day, promote positive behaviour, and help develop social and independence skills while following safeguarding policies.

Formación

• Experience working with children in education, childcare, or a similar setting.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
• Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday.
• Patient, nurturing and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

This role involves providing 1:1 support to a child, helping them to access learning, develop social skills, and thrive within the classroom environment. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support throughout the school day.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
