Job summary

GSL Education is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support children with identified learning needs including SEN and SEMH in an Ofsted rated 'Outstanding' School in Grays. You will work on a 1:1 and group basis alongside experienced practitioners to help students thrive academically and personally.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant or Graduate welcome
• Positive attitude and interest in education
• Willingness to support SEN and SEMH needs

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in 1:1 and small group interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs and other professionals
• Assist with extra-curricular activities and enrichment (Forest School, sports, trips)
