Job summary

Nudge Education Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking compassionate and adaptable practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH or additional needs in a community-based setting outside traditional classrooms.

You will build trusting relationships, monitor progress, complete risk assessments, and work with families, professionals, and regional teams to create safe, engaging learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days per week for consistency.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance before starting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored intervention sessions.
• Build positive and consistent relationships with young people.
• Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns.
• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records.
