Job summary

Justteachers are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a Bradford Primary school. The role is five days per week, running 8:30am – 3:30pm, and will be a long-term position starting in September 2026.

The successful candidate will work in an inclusive one-form entry school, supporting a Year 3 pupil with an EHCP for SEMH and assisting with targeted interventions and advocacy for pupils with additional needs.

Qualifications

• Experience working with EHCPs.
• Calm, patient, and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Genuine passion for education and child development.
• Two school-based references.
