Job summary

New Way Tuition Ltd is seeking an Outreach Tutor to support students who do not attend mainstream education. The role involves one-to-one and group sessions in Maths, English, PSHE, and mentoring, conducted at pupils' homes, local libraries, and schools.

Staff work with learners from EYFS to GCSE/Functional Skills levels, including those with SEND, with a current Enhanced DBS essential. We offer a competitive salary, flexible working hours, and the option to be self-employed or contracted

Qualifications

• Previous experience in tutoring or teaching, especially with diverse age groups.
• QTS (QTLS), PGCE or Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Maths, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for student success.
• Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.

Responsibilities
