Job summary

Partou Bambinos Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a unqualified nursery practitioner to provide 1:1 support for a child with additional needs, enabling full EYFS access in a safe, inclusive setting. You will collaborate with nursery staff, families, and external professionals to support learning, development, and wellbeing.

This part-time role offers 35 hours per week with consideration for pro rata scheduling. Training and DBS checks are provided as part of safeguarding commitments.

Qualifications

• Strong EYFS knowledge and passion for early years education.
• Confidence in supporting children's learning and development.
• Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development.
• Ability to collaborate with families and external professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a child with additional needs.
• Ensure access to EYFS and nursery curriculum in a safe, inclusive environment.
• Work with nursery staff and families to support learning and wellbeing.
• Implement strategies and interventions advised by SENCOs or therapists.
