Job summary

Partou Bambinos Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a unqualified nursery practitioner to provide 1:1 support for a child with additional needs, enabling full EYFS access in a safe, inclusive setting. You will collaborate with nursery staff, families, and external professionals to support learning, development, and wellbeing.

This part-time role offers 35 hours per week with consideration for pro rata scheduling. Training and DBS checks are provided as part of safeguarding commitments.

About the Role

Partou Bambinos Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a unqualified nursery practitioner to take on the part-time35hours per week role of Nursery Support 1:1. You will provide dedicated 1:1 support for a child in the nursery with additional needs, ensuring they can fully access the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and nursery curriculum in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. You will work closely with nursery staff, external professionals, and the child's family to support their learning, development, and wellbeing. You will use strategies and interventions recommended by SENCOs, therapists, or external professionals to best support the child.
