A caring and inclusive primary school in Rayleigh is seeking to appoint a dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join their team from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to provide tailored support for a child with additional learning needs while developing valuable experience within a supportive primary school.

As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with one pupil throughout the school day, supporting their academic progress, emotional wellbeing, and social development.
