Job summary

Qualifications

• Recent experience in a primary school setting is required.
• Proven ability to support 1:1 and small groups with SEND needs.
• Experience delivering tailored learning strategies for individual pupils.
• Empathetic, patient, flexible and hardworking with strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated 1:1 and small group support for a Year 3 pupil and assist across the school as required.
• Monitor the pupil’s educational, social, emotional and pastoral needs.
• Provide daily feedback to teachers on progress and needs.
• Attend relevant meetings and support staff and families to promote inclusion and progress.
• Work independently and as part of a committed team in a busy school environment.
