Job summary

Prospero Teaching is looking for a Secondary Year (KS3 - KS4) Tutor to deliver bespoke education packages on a 1:1 basis to young people that are not attending school. As an Secondary Tutor, you must be able to create, plan and deliver 1:1 tailored lesson to bridge gaps in pupils education and boost engagement and attainment levels.

This opportunity is great for an experienced teacher who is looking to step away from the classroom to offer more personalised, enjoyable lessons.

Qualifications

• 1:1 tutoring experience and ability to tailor lessons for individual pupils.
• Understanding of safeguarding practices and keeping pupils safe in educational settings.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, personalised sessions to re-engage disengaged learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke 1:1 education packages to young people not attending school.
• Create, plan and deliver tailored lessons to bridge gaps in education and boost engagement and attainment.
• Support progression and re-engagement with structured daily routines.
